Dermot O'Brien (1932–2007) was an Irish sportsperson. He played Gaelic football with his local club St. Mary's and was a member of the Louth senior inter-county team from the 1950s until the 1960s. O'Brien captained Louth to the All-Ireland title in 1957. O'Brien was also a renowned musician and singer and hosted his own television programmes on RTÉ.[1]
